A few things to keep in mind as you complete your reservation: You may book your appointment(s) up to 3 months in advance, you can also reschedule/cancel appointments. You will receive a confirmation email on the day you schedule, and a text reminder two days prior to your appointment(s). PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR TEXT REMINDERS!

COVID-19 housekeeping rules we have put in place for the protection of our valued clients and myself.

  • Sickness & Cancellations: If you have any sickness, cold/flu symptoms, please call us or change your booking online as soon as possible. A same-day cancellation fee will NOT apply if calling the morning of your appointment with genuine sickness.
  • Arriving Unwell: If you attend your appointment and you are unwell with any of these symptoms, we won’t be able to complete your treatment.
  • Our Hygiene Routines: We already keep an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness (a comment we regularly receive) but we will be implementing some extra measures for your peace of mind!
  • Until Further Notice: Come alone to appointments and Waite outside in your vehicle until the previous client exits.
  • Mask Requirements: It is required to wear a face-covering when entering the studio and when your service allows.

I will always be wearing a face mask and shield during your service as required by our State Board.

COVID-19 Pre-Service Requirements

  • Upon arrival, clients will now be required to have your temperature taken before entering the studio. Temperatures that are at or above 100 degrees will not be able to receive a service.
  • Upon arrival and servicing, clients will be required to wash their hands and/or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
    Please limit the items you bring with you to your service to one handbag.
  • Clients will be required to complete our Safe Studio Client Waiver acknowledging you have no current symptoms od COVID-19 and have not traveled or been in contact with person or persons infected with the virus within the past 14 days. Failure to comply with the completion of this form will result in services being denied.

Please call if:

  • You would like to book the same day
  • You wish to book a group or large package
  • You do not find your service choice on the list (some services require a phone call for accuracy)

Cancellation Policy: Credit card information is required when making an appointment. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling/canceling appointments, please do so as far in advance as possible. Booking cancelations made within 24 hours of the appointment and no call/no shows will be charged for the FULL amount of service scheduled.

Late Policy: Please arrive 10-15 mins early to get settled in before your service. If you arrive more than 15 mins past your scheduled appointment time we may need to alter your services so we don’t interfere with another guest’s appointment.
